Story for v.:
Our site and forum is located on one server and domain was registerd in other provider. This second firm kept dns addresses to redirect all web users to the server. Somone have changed the dns addresses so the site went offline. It was sure that someone from that provider did that, typical accident...
Anyway we were unable to get in contact with them... so I've deceided to transfer domain to our server keepers. Worldwide domain provider banned this transition cuz both firms are their customers (they've deceided that transfering customers between cooperatives is unfair). I was asked to confirm that this transfer is necessary. Offcourse I've did it and whole process started again.
After all that we've returned, as good as always
